Sol Sisters brings events and services to women that are focused on four areas of health that ENRICH, EMPOWER, AND EVOLVE women of all backgrounds.

Enrich

Sol Sisters provides enriching courses available through our Enrich membership to all women that serve as both empowering and educational opportunities for personal and professional growth. Each course is designed with members’ feedback and needs in mind. Sign up here for free!

We will be hosting monthly in person/virtual workshops on:

• mental health

• physical health

• career development

• expressive arts

• lifestyle + beauty

*All courses are facilitated in English and mostly on Zoom, which offers a variety of language and accessibility options. We are diligently working to improve our programs in order to provide inclusive, accessible options for our valued members.

Empower

Sol Sisters has revamped our service day retreat to include a specialized mentorship program to our Enrich members! This special day of pampering will occur at a private, rejuvenating venue where Enrich members can enjoy pampering, relaxation, in-person development courses, elevated cuisine, makeovers, and more!

The EMPOWER retreat will also provide Enrich members with an opportunity to meet their qualified mentor from the Sol Sisters network to kick-off their six-month mentorship. The purpose of this mentorship program is to help mentees set and achieve personal and professional goals with the support of a woman who is caring and skilled in similar areas of interest and experience.

The mentee/mentor will:

• Commit to 6 months of mentorship of 1:1 monthly coaching calls

• Establish frequent contact with via phone/email

• Focus on helping the mentee set personal or professional goals to be obtained within the six month commitment period

• Support mentee with tools and skills to achieve these goals

• Commit to a final project that reflects what they've gained through their Sol mentorship experience (to be presented at an upcoming Evolve event)

Evolve

Sol Sisters has brought together thousands of women through community events since 2015. In efforts to maintain our public outreach, we will host annual events including:

• Evolve Conference

• International Women’s Day

• Specially curated fundraisers
